President Gene Condreras knew he wanted to expand his base of operations; he just needed to find the right company for the job.

Why? Good question. Gene’s many responsibilities include maintaining and developing the exceptional family company established by his grandfather in 1958. After 44 years in business, Panorama continues to meet the needs of aviation consumers at the Westchester County Airport in White Plaines, NY. Even with prime location near bustling New York City and the litany of services available, Gene attributes years of success to maintaining status as a family-owned and operated company spanning three generations. This unique quality allows the Panorama Flight Services family to share the common vision of success, dedication, and steadfast commitment to consistently provide the highest level of aviation products/services attainable. The services Panorama offers range from chartering, aircraft management and lease back, to aircraft maintenance, ground support, flight school and aircraft sales.

So, to answer the question, finding the right company would allow Panorama to carry on a tradition of excellence in the aviation field. That is a plausible answer.

Gene’s needs were met in the products and services Erect-A-Tube offered. “We chose Erect-A-Tube for many reasons - the quality of the product; their reputation as being the leader in tee-hangar manufacturing, price, and a sense of superior customer service that was instilled by Erect-A-Tube from our initial inquiry and still continues today.”

To begin the project, Erect-A-Tube sales professionals met with Panorama to get a better idea of the available space.

“Erect-A-Tube went the extra mile to help us design and best utilize the space we had to maximize the total number of units and then choose the proper style and size of the units that we ultimately purchased and erected.

“They flew out here on very short notice and provided us with an extreme level of comfort in that we were ‘in the right hands’ by choosing Erect-A-Tube. During that initial visit it was apparent to us that Erect-A-Tube completely understood our needs and that every detail would be thoroughly attended to.”

Panorama’s needs included: Six (6) unit R41-45 consecutive rectangular hangar with 44’6” x 14’0’ clear opening electric bi-fold doors; thirteen (13) unit N60-48 nested tee hangar with 47’6” x 14’0” clear opening doors; thirteen (13) unit N60-45 nested tee hangar with a two unit attached rectangular (60 x 65 with 64’6” x 18’0” clear opening door) capable of housing up to a King Air model 200 corporate aircraft. All of the hangar units are designed to house up to intermediate twin-engine, cabin class aircraft. Each unit includes an electric bi-fold door, full height interior partitions and roof insulation.

Upon completion of the hangars, Panorama did experience some minor problems with cables and/or door motor components. Gene stated that the problems were too minor to mention. The appropriate parts were serviced “quickly and efficiently without any problems or hassles.” This is a true sign of a customer-oriented, full-service operation.
